So who would be your league Two 'Warnock' ?

I'm even more convinced now that we could pick any random managers name out of a hat and them not be any worse that Schofield though, but a bit of experience and flexibility is a must."That is the question isn't it. Although it would take some going to be much worse. I'd prefer John Coleman, Karl Robinson, Michael Appleton, Danny Cowley, Keith Hill, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Paul Cook even than Schofield".
Blackpool's just sacked McCarthy. I'd have him. He might not be everybody's cup of tea but he knows how to get a team organised.
I see Danny’s former team have picked up since the appointment of the legendary Warnock. I’ve not followed it that closely but doesn’t look like they bought a whole new squad in Jan. It’s a perfect example of what we actually need in a manager. Not what Copps might want but it’s what is needed. I never understand why the young managers who swallow the coaching manual from St George’s and all try to play the same way don’t look to the likes of Warnock 1st. You can be so successful by excelling at the basics. Fair enough have your beliefs but get the team playing 1st then implement your style slowly with results that give confidence to the club. I think anyone with a brain can look at how we setting up and say it’s making it harder for what is already an injury hit squad. Even before injuries we were playing a way that restricted us massively.

A few years ago a work colleague who played under Warnock said that he was absolutely clueless as a coach but as a motivator he was the best he’d every played under he went on saying that you felt ten feet tall when going on. Sadly that’s what we’re lacking but management is about learning from your mistakes and implementing changes, let’s hope that DS does next season.
I'd think slightly outside the box and try and get Emma Hayes. She's shown more football nous than many.
I wholeheartedly agree with Glynn, get Mick Mcarthy in!
If not Evans , Di Canio. Got Swindon out of this division , need someone with passion who won't take no crap.
I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago in a thread. The sky man reporting on a match said they just flooded the box with men and crosses and peppered the goal with shots. It’s really not a difficult game.
