Those blaming him for that Wigan goal tonight are talking out of their arsholes. The winger was allowed far too much space for the cross, and no-one challenged Wyke for the header.Louis was brilliant tonight, but we all know there are 2 or 3 on here will never acknowledge him for anything.

He’s improved no end this season. Not flawless but this season and last season are night and day.
Looked glued to his line but made up for it well done
Superb again today, great save at the end and the pen save aswell. Getting better at commanding the box which u only get better with games. His distribution as well is excellent, the one late on aside (which tbf the ball was on and if it had come off Taylor would’ve been in) it was excellent. The goal kick straight to Hursts foot early doors and then the one over the top for Molyneux we’re both class. Definitely growing in confidence.
The only one I can think of who got off without much stick is Sony Dieng.
I thought Jones was good on Saturday, coming out to take a few crosses including the one where he got clattered. He's making some good saves and gethers plus his kicking is generally good. Hope these are signs he's growing a bit in confidence. There's obviously areas we think he could do better but credit where credit due, he deserves the plaudits from tonight, as do the rest of the team.
I think the problem, to an extent, is his anticipation. The Wigan lad was going to cross as McGrath had come across to block his progress. If he anticipates it, he probably gets there before Wyke. After all, if you watch his movement, his first step was forward, then he hesitated and that was that! The fact that his first movement was forward is a giant leap for his progress, as previously, he has always stripped back to his line.
