Hats off for Wordle I can say on here. Not a word I'd ever heard of except for RLeague connection

I put in the first 4 letters then added each unused letter in turn and of course a string of "not a Word" till last letter made it light up green

We went to Dubai for Anna's 60 th and went to Nad el Sheba for a meeting so I'll have to go with Hawa Jumeirah. One bet that's it lol

I was thinking of going, love Ponte races, but so few runners and it will be absolutely mobbed so giving it a miss.

No, not today. Got the Y and then skirted round all 3 of the others without nailing them.
I once skived off work in my new Company BMW, and went to Ponte races. It pissed it down, I had no winners and got the car stuck in axke deep mud getting out of the car park and had to be pulled out by a tractor.
Not in a hurry to return lol

In all the time I've been backing horses (50 years lol) , the most winners I've had at a single meeting is 4 lol.
But I have never been a short price favourite backer. I always try and find a ' value' bet. (Unfortunately my money often ends up in the Bookies satchel).

This has a DOD of 56 and after we have been doing it this long I'm again aghast that I can look at 16 words and not find 3 that are ( only potentially ) linked.

Again I'll throw myself on my sword. I was a magician at Ponte . I only had to pass a man in a box 5 pounds and whisper a name to them to immediately turn a horse into a snail , but pity I can't call up similar powers now.
