22000 steps is serious walking Wolfie, and very impressive for a Senior Citizen lol.
I target a minimum of 120 miles a month April to September and 100 miles from October to March. I've never failed to hit those targets in the 3 years since I retired, but my knees twang constantly when I overdo it.
