Introducing the "Congestion Charge" for all electric vehicles in London from 25th December 2025 now me being cynical and Christmas Day being one of the largest Christian festivals and next year is a sort of random Thursday ....................Makes you think! "Regularly drive an electric vehicle (EV) through central London? Get ready for it to get quite a bit more expensive. From December 25 2025, TfL says EVs will no longer be able to drive through the city for free and will be subject to the same £15-a-day congestion charge currently incurred by other drivers.3 hours ago
It’s all a big con, the Skoda I drive is ULEZ compliant in Sheffield, but because it is a Taxi licensed in another area it is subject to the charge, if it had Sheffield Licence plates on it wouldn’t be charged
