Yes, he's gone and said it now! Nowt like raising expectations although I suspect as fans, we'll remain a little less confident. Nothing wrong with aiming for the stars but, just getting into the play offs would be yet another big step forward. As a ball hasn't been kicked in anger yet, it'll be a while before we get over excited.

I can’t think of any ex keeper who’ve been good managers - perhaps Dino Zoff but he’s the exception.
