Nailed on for us if we stay with the same manager. No balls to sack him

No balls to sack himWhat a fool you look. The run we were on at that time Grant was very lucky to still be on a job, and there weren't many signs that it would come good - strange team selections, strange changes in game etc etc. Our last quarter of a season has been much better - by picking a solid centre half pairing and playing Gotts where he's good. We aren't safe yet - but assuming we do stay up and land somewhere between 18th and 15th it's hardly been a season to crow about. Coming good at the end of the year tends to fog the memory of the rest of the season before - but for me there's lots of issues needing to be resolved in the summer - recruitment, deployment and constant changes, tactics, bloated squad size etc, otherwise it'll be more of the same next year - scrapping about at the bottom of the league, where guessing the team line up for the next game continues to be an impossibility. If we want to build to league one sustainability some things will need to change.

Working on an equivalent shoestring given the volume of change required both on and off the pitch yet he has brought this club from the brink of non league to where we should be in a few yrs.Love this man.Love this club.Back them both to the hilt.
