I have zero loyalty points, but 100 quality points? Bizarre?

Seems loyalty points are now quality points, so what are loyalty points now?
Good that it shows friends & family's points.

I wonder if some sad sack has moaned to club about the use of the word ‘loyalty’?

Unless quality is because they’re going to change the way it’s done, with maybe away games and home games being worth different amounts?

Not a clue but the site does look nicer. Be interested in how the resale works.

It doesn't look nicer on my tablet, as the text is squeezed incredibly small, so you need to zoom to read it.

I like the idea of moving the big screen to the north stand to make the south stand a bigger capacity.

And for those that haven’t seen the prices for next season. Prices frozen I believe.

Good for us in the family stand too. Blinds me when screen flickers to an advert with a brighter background.

Trouble is that most people will not be able to see what’s in the screen from the South stand or any stand unless you’re close to where it’s placed. If you have ever sat in the east stand and tried to watch what is on the screen, half time highlights or the away team line up for example. It’s not easy to see. So unless the size of the screen is going to be bigger I think it’s a mistake and this time next season there will be people on here complaining that they can’t see it.

I agree. Keep it where it is I think.

The prices are brilliant though. £109 for a 24 year old in the SS is incredible really.

Sell the south stand out to ST holders and Rovers can effectively charge the away end what they want (have to replicate behind both goal prices)

They’ve already projected £24 per match fo the south stand. £25 family stand.

South stand on the day price is irrelevant if it's sold out. Next season south stand cat A game £30. Rotherham and Mansfield do it and makes financial sense

£24 but more in is fine.

I’d love to know of a study between away fans % of spending in the concourse V home fans too. I reckon a higher % of the away end will spend compared to the south.

I rarely buy a pint in the ground at the home games but always buy one at an away game. I feel that’s the case all over the country.

Didn’t know where you put this as I can’t find a thread on season tickets so thought i’d stick it in here.

Something i’ve spotted and thought is a bit odd… It’s cheaper to buy an adult and child season ticket in the south stand than it is in the family stand. Does that not seem a bit backward?

I get why tickets singularly are cheaper in the south but surely the idea of the family stand is to attract (new) families into attending? Wouldn’t an “adult and child” or similar season ticket that worked out cheaper than the combined in the south have made sense?

The group I sit in the family stand with have kids. 2 of them go with their daughter (under 13). That’s £678 in the family stand compared to £523 in the south. £155 difference. That’s not very family friendly.

Not a complaint, it affects them not me, just feels like an own goal that and defeating the point of having a family stand.

For me the problem would come down to the unreserved seating aspect in that you're not really guarenteed your seats each match day and as someone with kids i definitely don't want to be in a position where i need to worry about that every home game and being potentially split up. I've renewed mine and my sons in the West stand today for £364 which im happy with.

I do agree though, you would think it would be cheaper overall in a designated family stand.

Have you clicked on your name and then clicked on season tickets? Check the boxes and it gives you the option to renew. Working fine for me.

Yes, it now highlights an error saying 60+ season ticket is not an option, even though I am eligible for this option

Amazing prices aren't they. Under 25s is bargain of the century. It's cheaper now to watch Rovers as a 24 year old than it probably was 30 years ago

Unless you turn up five minutes before kick off this is a bit of a non issue really. Might not always get to sit exactly where you want but still.

A question I asked the club is below. My daughter seems to be getting more interested in going to games but can’t make them all due to late Tuesday KO or dancing at the weekend. Believe it or not she’s attending tomorrow due to it being the school holidays and she’s skipping dancing for Rotherham away on Saturday :bscarf:

My email:

“I’m potentially looking at getting myself and my daughter a season ticket each for next season. If I was to buy a South Stand adult season ticket and my daughter (8 years) one in the family stand (east) would it be possible to go in the family stand together when she attends? She wouldn’t attend every game and I wouldn’t want to sit in the family stand by myself when she isn’t there.”

Reply from Rovers:

“Sorry this is not possible, but what we do offer is you can move your season ticket up to 5 times a season free of charge.  You will just need to come in to the Box Office to move and we will print you a ticket.”

Not sure if anyone else will be in the same situation, so thought it would be helpful to share.

I don't think that will work. It's likely the south stand will be sold out to season ticket holders this season

Surely its not possible to buy a childs season ticket in the family stand without purchasing an adult season ticket in the seat next to it??

What if the seats either side of her's get bought by unknown adults, how would that work?.
