There was a cup game a few years back at the KMS where the LED boards were on display. I remember thinking their left Winger's like a bloody greyhound, before realising it was a bloody greyhound.

It would be good if the LED boards were set at a comfortable but effective lighting output. Maybe the last ones we had were of a very high wattage output, they certainly were very bright. LED lamps have come on leaps and bounds in wattage output, I remember the early portable stage lights that were demo'd to us by the reps at Electromusic on Copley Rd being very low wattage, with each led bulb being half a watt each with 4 in each unit. They were ok, but no more than that. Now we have multiple high output lamps in each of these perimeter boards which really do kick some light out. I'll have to Google it to find out the output of these advertising boards as it has spiked my curiosity now the subject has come up. Good move by the club if they get it right.
What a surprise the club does something to bring it in to the 21st century and people moan.
