City fan here, helloSome spurious internet rumours/thoughts here regarding S'OD and vacant managers role at BCFChttp://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/125776-shaun-odriscoll/I personally don't think he will join us but certainly think our chairman will at least approach him
Hi biscuit...
Your Chairman would be wasting his time:a) If he wouldnt leave us for Premiership Burnley why would he even entertain you?b) Why would he go to a Club no better than ourselves? At the end of the day, SOD is destined for bigger and better thing than Bristol City.

if SOD did go to bristol city or another likewise club you can not fault himcan you.sooner or later that day will come, i guess going on the fact that drfc plan notto overspend, and SOD will wake up one morning and say to himself that 'he cant improverovers anymore'it seems that when a club sacks it's manager SOD name pops up all the time, and it's the one million pound compensation that will put other chairmen offSOD can only achive with what the tools he has put infornt of him
It's a bit harsh on Mowbray as he is a really decent bloke with great morals and principles - a bit like our own Sean O'Driscoll. He gets his teams playing football the right way and is well respected in the game.Everything what could go wrong for him at Celtic has gone wrong though, and I'm not surprised he's been a victim of a big club mentality. Results were poor at times - that is absolutely undeniable, but he should have been given more time in the job to see what he could achieve next season. He'll be back in management soon. Good luck to him! He's a genuinely decent bloke.
form the record 'i hope SOD stays' and the longer the better for drfc that isbut it might be different what could be better for SODpresent day for sure SOD is good for drfc and vice versa, but when is 'cant take rovers *further* anymore by date' in SOD's case???*further*...did i spell that right
Right, heres a little bit of \"info\" I have recieved...now take it how you want, im taking it with a pinch of saltLansdown wants O'Driscoll, but until Donny are mathmatically out of the play-off race, they will not allow anyone to talk to him, or make any kind of approach. O'Driscoll is said to be interested, but wants to at least finish this season....unless they drift to mid-table. We may see him down the Gate yet this season after all
Stop drinking that cider!!! It's clearly doing more harm than good...
