It is in fact Mr Danny Rose!! straight from the horses mouth!!!
As a conveyancer, I can confirm that your mate would have signed a contract and a Transfer deed with the name of the Buyer on. The only way the ultimate buyer remains unknown is where they use a nominee. That is usually so that nobody knows about the real buyer, in which case they would never have let on that the name on the documents was a nominee, but there would have been a name on there in any event.Standard contract clause is to the effect that the Seller shall not be bound to sell to anyone else but the party named as Buyer on the contract
You can pay cash for a house and why would you need to know the name of who you`ve sold it to?
Hello guys, David Speedie(W*nker!) had a house in Adwick when he played for Chelsea,I travel to London regularly by train in 1hour 30 mins.Rose can live in Doncaster and still play in London, also the House might just be an investment, bricks and Mortar are a safer bet than the bank at the moment B)
