Heffernan was out of his depth at championship level, he proved that when ever he was given a start , He was a good striker that we kept too long, but our problem is that we never seem to want to freshin' things up until we either loose a player to injury or lack of form. if we want to have a successful season this time round we have to learn from past mistakes and not wait the length of the tranfer window before making our apraoches and stop J/R from misleading our fans of what he is expected from the season when he knows that funds are just NOT there to persue targets . \"we've NOT got Paul Heffernan\" or body else at the moment .

If owt, Heffs proved he could do it at this level given a consistent run.Heffs is a injury prone player, and SOD is aware of this. This is why, Heffs was out of favour with, SOD, IMHO.
