I can never understand why fat people don't lose weight because of the extra exercise they get dragging all that bulk around.
This is typical and the timing is impeccable. I've woken up this morning with quite a nasty strain in my left arm...Doh!It seems doing shit loads of press ups doesn't come without risk. It really hurts. It looks like I'll be layng off the press ups for a week or two at least now.
