That's impressive Rob though I'd like to bet it's the fasting more than cutting carbs that's dropping the weight off. I used the 5:2 diet to get the weight off initially.

If you think Boris Johnson reckons he was topping 17 stone (so probably 19 stone) and he found himself in trouble with Covid because of it. Then it's really a good thing to do.

Edit: 15 stone is still overweight though. You really need to be getting to 13 to be fighting fit. But then if you can do 15 then a couple more shouldn't be too difficult.

I can never understand why fat people don't lose weight because of the extra exercise they get dragging all that bulk around.

This is typical and the timing is impeccable. I've woken up this morning with quite a nasty strain in my left arm...

Doh!

It seems doing shit loads of press ups doesn't come without risk. It really hurts. It looks like I'll be layng off the press ups for a week or two at least now.

THAT'S the reason you've got a strain in your arm?  ;)
