Today’s team

Interesting that Balcombe isn’t even on the bench, dropped completely or have I missed an injury to him

Especially when it means JW comes in at right back.

What is annoying is we have a right back that can’t play for us because of some strange ruling

Ridiculous ruling.

Rules are rules so not a lot we can do about that. We do have a kid on the bench who played pretty well in his only outing at right back but for some reason Butler prefers Wright.

Personally I'd rather have AJ at right back rather than Joe

It does seem silly doesn’t it.
We apparently had a recall clause within the loan agreement as well.

Never too much? Luther’s obviously not been watching us play this last two months.

No hope of play offs and half of the first XI are loanees.

Robertson gives the ball away with sublime casualness!

Then Robertson picks up a loose ball and makes a good run and pass.

McKay on Fleetwood’s left must be related to the McKay who led the disastrous experimental recruitment phase at our club?
Rovers have started well today.

The difference being we know that nothing will come of his good run, but his giveaway puts a knot of fear in ya belly....

Doubt it, he’s too talented. Both of Willie’s lads are playing in the Scottish lower divisions.

We've still got players running around with no desire to actually get on the ball.

The ball goes to Jones, passes it to one of the defenders, the defender passes it to Smith/Robertson, goes back to defender. Rinse and repeat. After a few sets of that hoof up and give to Fleetwood's defence.

If Richards is hoping to make the grade in the top flight with Brighton he's got a lot of hard work in front of him

Hasn’t that been the standard pattern for most of the season.

Why didn’t the ref give a free kick when Richards was pulled down by his neck, right in front of him.
