We really need to win on Saturday. Anything else and I fear we’ll have to much to do

And what about the crowd in the second half? Did they finally show their support?…well, sort of?

Not an unexpected result.

Still, there are some positives.

I thought there was fight from Rovers in the 2nd half but still the same lack of quality.

It’s over. This season is over. Barring some Roy of the rovers stuff.

Second half was the kind of performance we need to show each week now.
Thought we were very good against a very good side,
Dodoo made a massive difference
Get that clown sent back to Watford

A much better 2nd half, be interesting to see how we will spend the extra money in January as we wiil have to spend on transfer fees unless more loans

I hope Oluwu’s back on Saturday, if only to keep him off I-follow.

“What do you make of that Joseph?”

“Not much to say really”.

Oh, right.

No doubt showed some fight but think we need to be realistic, the players we have are nowhere near league 1 standard. Only player out there tonight that meets that criteria is Rowe. The rest are league two players

We need Wigan to beat shrews tomorrow and then we have to win that game on sat. We’ve an extra days recovery. Lose that and it’s likely to be 9 points to safety.

Looking from the perspective of what the Rovers have been through to this point that was a good effort and an entertaining second half, the first half they showed signs that they were not going to send up the white flag and the second half Oxford spent most of the time inspecting the turf.

The goal diff makes it 7. Can you honestly see this side getting 37 points from 26 games? 1.5 pts per game?  Current points tally puts us at 0.65 pts per game.
Quite literally rovers have to get over twice the points per game from here on in that they have managed so far. That does not sound like much, but it is.

with wot???

He made a save in the first half where he parried it down. It went back between his legs and hit his near post before he dropped on it.

oh right not sure wot else he could of done apart from head or punch it out,was never gonna stay in his his area and wasn’t denying a goal scoring opportunity so yellow was correct

His go to saying was “100%”
The charisma of a house brick.the most dulcet of tones.
Surely I follow can do better.

1st half - dogshit

2nd half - much better. Played further up the pitch and caused them problems. Exquisite from Bogle for our goal. Killed it dead & ghosted past their man like he wasn't there before finding Brandon.

We're still in this league. Let's back the boys.

Hasani not a league player Knoyle not a right sided defender but needs must we’ve got no more players
Lirak is not a league right back or a right wing back, he needs to play in midfield for us to see the best of him.

Sorry Bessie he not a league player yet whether he plays midfield or not he could develop but I’m not sure.
