I'd argue he has. From the 3 league games with the players he had he couldn't have got much more. A good win last time out aswell.

Back as a player ?It’s what is needed at the back. Big time.
I think I must be the only one that wasn't disappointed with the result. I predicted a 4-0 win for Sunderland. Just look at the goals they got, a penalty, and own goal and open play goal. we had a team mainly made up of boys with little experience. The boys put all they had in to the game and I must admit I was very happy with the performance. Its a fight till the last game but thats what football is all about. Its Mc Sheffrey for me.
Franz Ferdinand and Sparks? Could be the combination we need. Sparks as the experienced older heads for the DoF role.

I'm going disagree, he would have been better playing a few more experienced players today rather than 3 youth team players who for me are way off this standard at the minute, you could add a fourth with Horton if we had anyone else

There is no body else.

The 2nd goal killed us just before half time , we switched off and it's a lesson learned for the young lad was it Ravenhill ?, good finish by the Sunderland player.

It’s worrying that MCsheffry just said we will try to make 1 or 2 additions In Jan... seriously
