It's extremely weird for footage to become the property of the royal family. Anything public filmed in public is public. This might be news agencies crawling to the royals to try and be in their good books for future interviews - probs not tho. I think it makes no sense whatsoever beyond the usual elite having more power than the rest of us.

It is unusual because the amount of media coverage now is I assume vastly more than the last time our monarch died.  However should the crown retain editorial control of continued coverage of the funeral etc?  Maybe they should, it was one of their family members after all.

In all honesty I don’t really care.  It’s done, I watched it, but I have more pressing concerns in my own existence..

I’m with you on this IDM.
Does it really matter anyway, as you say, the Queen had her family and they have a right to some ongoing privacy if they choose it.
Also, none if us know whether this was pre agreed before the event.
Most of us have other bigger things to be concerned about.

Yep. Like an unsafe health service, fake cost of living crisis and the fact that British people will become ethnic minorities in our own country within a few years.

What’s a fake cost of living crisis.?

And by the way, being British already includes lots of different ethnicities, so what’s wrong with that.?

The cost of living crisis is manufactured. There is no real crisis. It was made deliberately.

As for British people. With the levels of migrants rocking up each week, British people will be a minority group soon.

The Great Replacement Theory, widespread among far-right fascist groups and used by far-right terrorists, such as the guy in New Zealand & several mass murderers in the US, to jusify their actions.

Don't be silly. Those people are disturbed. Mass murderers don't kill people because of an ideology. They do it because they are severely mentally ill.

Manufactured? Do you know how many people will need to be involved in that for it to be true?

Panda, this is what this party and a series of it's governments have given to the people of the UK

14.5 million people
More than one in five of the UK population (22%) are in poverty– 14.5 million people.

Do you know how many people will need to be manipulated in order for them to make them believe the crisis is true? As we saw during Covid, most people are wilfully compliant. To their detriment.

A damn sight more than it takes to manipulate someone gullible enough to believe it's manufactured. And with zero evidence too.

Covid
Monkeypox
Everyone was going to burn to death apparently for 2 days in the summer - climate change bullshit
Net zero bullshit leading to lots of people (who can afford it) buying electric vehicles to show off
Fuel shortages at the pumps
Fuel prices at the pumps (which now have become normalized as dumb Brits won't protest therefore we will be paying these prices and more forever)
Food shortages
Food prices going up beyond what they should actually be
NHS
LGBTQ / Trans ideologies being forced onto us and our kids from the elites
Droughts and water shortages - we were all going to run out of water apparently due to having 2 days at 40 degrees this summer
Ukraine war
The list is endless

Wave after wave of crises, most of which don't exist or are manufactured or blown out of proportion  to distort perception of people who don't have the ability to see what is happening around them and crises are created and perpetuated.

You lack basic mental faculties and i claim my £5

Covid - over 100000 people died in this country alone.  I caught it and so did all my family but that was after vaccinations so we’re ok now..

Monkey pox - maybe the media is jumpy since covid but this doesn’t seem to be so big now.

No one was going to “burn to death” due to the hot weather - don’t remember seeing that in the tabloid headlines.  And show me a meteorologist who denies climate change.?

Fuel shortages happened - a little at first then panic buying kicked in.  It happened - you can’t ignore the forecourts with no petrol.

Fuel prices are ridiculously high - but what good is protesting?  We can vote with our feet as it were and use less, but we still need to get to work etc.  we just drive the minimal amount these days.

Food shortages were only really due to transport issues during covid.  Food prices go up quite a lot due to the supply chain and manufacture facing prices hikes.

NHS.?  Major staffing issues due to not being able to recruit enough - are you denying that’s a problem?

Forced ideologies?  What’s wrong with learning to be tolerant?

The drought is due to a shortage of rainfall since the start of the year, nowt to do with heatwaves.  Have a look at any reservoir and you’ll see how much less there is.

The Ukraine war is made up.?

f**k me sideways.

At least come up with some evidence to justify your arguments, or alternatively, just don’t bother posting.

You can express your opinions on the football same as anyone else, at times, so why spoil it with inane rants like the above?

Would suit the current obsession that these lefties have with people who don't agree with others getting cancelled wouldn't it?

Don't like what i post or if you think i write too many words? Don't read. Bloody simple solution that doesn't involve Chinese style censorship.

You all need to take a look at your own behaviour sometimes i reckon.

Online bullying at it's finest. You probably wouldn't dare have a pop in real life. How pathetic would that be?

Anyway, has anyone wondered why petrol prices have come down a lot (not enough though) and diesel has stayed the same?

Maybe because all our goods and foods are transported using diesel vehicles and therefore the Tories can keep the prices artificially high.

Bit weird that.

What do you want to know for? I'm always wrong aren't I? Very astute for someone who's only been around since someone else has disappeared, presumably after getting a bollocking from the mods about their behaviour.

PS As for what you are, I'm sure everybody else has their own opinion about that.
