I think we should get rid of Miller and buy that tall blonde Norwegian lad that Man City have bought, but there again some on here would not be satisfied with him
Miller is doing a good job in this league. The bigger issue though is that we are playing in the lowest professional tier and should at the very least have aspirations for the play offs in League One. We are miles away from that aspiration currently so it is hard to really rate Miller or most of the new signings, given how we are playing against some largely poor sides. I can see us getting promoted this season or at least coming close, but it’s a long road to be back challenging for League One play offs again as in 2018/19.
I really like Miller. Good attitude. Works hard. Pops up in the right places. But I'm astonished that in 2022, a pro striker is so one-footed. The open goal yesterday is a miss for the ages, and all because he chose to use the outside of his right foot rather than his left instep.
JM was slagged to death on this forum yet the same people were aghast when we didn’t sign him mid season. Miller is a good player but not a lone striker. Remember guys as Cinderella (the group) sang You Don’t Know What You’ve Got Til It’s Gone

Had a penalty saved today then missed an open goal from the keepers save yet slotted home the equaliser as Biggins played him through as he made his run, took it on & placed it past the keeper from outside the box. There’s the sign of a real No.9. Not dwelling on the penalty but looking for another opportunity to score.
