I see that Ferguson has made Tomlinson and Pym available for transfer, and oddly Clarke-Harris. Can only assume latter has refused to sign a new deal and they are trying to monetise him while they can.

Isn't it Peterborough's policy to transfer list all players in the last year of their contract?

Thats correct yes.

Rare for Peterborough to miss out on making a few quid on a striker. Clarke-Harrison is walking away as a free agent. They were on verge of getting very good money for him at one point.
