cut out the extra beer/cigs and if it means that much to you, then you will afford it !
As always the club has my full support on this, might make the little shits that spend time doing anything but watching football think twice and get real fans there.
For the record I have two kids before you start with your comments!

My kids are 14 and 10 and dont attend all matches (the oldest my son misses 5-6 games at home and the youngest my daughter comes to about half). The last 2 seasons ive spent £90 per year on ST's for them both as they we good value even thogh they don't come to every match and on top of that meant that they could get priority tickets to come to the odd away match with me.
Sad to say i won't be spending £145 this season, no way can the club justify the crazy hike in prices of almost 60% for young supporters. Bye bye to a lot of future support DRFC because i bet a lot of other parents won't be buying junior st's for next season either.

What about a protest? Next home game straight after kick off those who will not renew due to the price rises stand up and walk out. It might just give John Ryan and the board some idea of the season ticket sales they are set to lose and might force some sort of rethink.

At least they'll be able to hear you moan at all the inferior players we will be taking on Free Transfers.

For the record - I don't smoke and rarely drink. I have other things to spend my money on and will be.

Here here Rev.
I'' get my tickets for the most attractive games, or ones that I feel I can afford that week.

I can't scrape the money together this month before the prices increase i'm afraid, and I definitely won't be held to ransom which is what the club are doing.

Can't say I'm surprised.  All we've had is fans moaning that the signings aren't big enough and the funding isn't right, the board have got sick of it and thought \"right you want signings?  Then pay for it\".

Every football fan has a price in the back of their heads that is acceptable. The price obviously differs from fan to fan, circumstance to circumstance. Ive been to 2 games this year. 1 home , 1 away because in my eyes £20 is too much for 90 minutes of football. It looks as though the price increase has taken a few more over the edge. For the record £15 is too much in my opinion and footballers get paid way toooo much

Bullshit mate.
You think this will bring signings in?

How about the £3.2 million we supposidly recouped last summer? Why hasn't that beeen spent on signings?

The board have f@cked themselves big time here. I just hope they are man enough to admit it when it goes tits up.

If you can find them (I can't but I have seen them) have a look at the accounts of DRFC and you'll realise why it hasn't been spent.  Without increased income this club will eventually face financial trouble.

Your pathetic pal. I made one comment in frustration and its taken out of context.

I wonder what the people on here feel about you telling them to get another job because they can't afford a season ticket. I hope you find yourself jobless one day.

And you are showing us all that you're the biggest pr1ck on these boards by making comments like that when you have no idea of peoples circumstances.  Please change your name to \"Norfolk N Idea\" because it suits you more.

You're a top lad ain't you? What a hero you are. I'll look to you for some superb words of wisdom.
Could you do the interview for me if I ever decide to leave the company I work for now?
I'll love to see your headstone when you've departed. It's bound to have some wonderful words of wisdom chiseled on it.

Pathetic am I cos i don't moan about my life every second !
I live within my means don't buy fancy cars or luxury holidays but dont moan about it and in return I work damn hard for living commuting many miles......
Sorry but these prices are realistic where before were not hence losing three million every year.
£50 for a kids is still amazing value and for the record I have never been unemployed and would do any job going to support my family!

I've had a season ticket for more than 15 years but I got made redundant last Friday and my son, who I sit with, is saving up to get married. Sadly, looks like another two season ticket holders who won't be renewing under those terms.

So please explain your point in telling people to get a better job, and who you think you are to tell people to do this?

I have a good job, a nice house, an average car and a family which I support. However, why should I have to pay a significant increase, way above inflation to watch my team, when realistically that money could be better spent? In reality, yes I can afford the increase. But its the principle. There are probably countless people who can't afford it, and thats what stinks. It should be affordable for everyone.

The club hasn't considered the fans in this at all. Thats whats got my back up. 50% increase for people in Cat C. Well out of order.

As a Cat C ST holder I'm most displeased with that. How can they possibly justify this 'increases in stages' crap, and how is it fair that if I don't find 200 quid by April I have to find another 80 on top of that?

Maybe they'll realise when we sell about 2000 season tickets

Fcuking hooray for you moron. Until i became disabled 4 years ago i had never been out of work for 20 years since leaving school and still do all i can now to make sure my family are supported. I don't have a flash car or house. It's not the money it's the pricipal, a 58% increase in kids st's is unnacptable.
Who the fcuk do you think you are telling people what to do in order to buy st's? you're a prick sunshine thats what you are.

Yes you do come across as pathetic with your belittling comments.
I also travel the length and breath of this country with my work. I also travel Europe when I have to. It's in my contract of employment. If I didn't like it I'd leave. I don't bitch about because I enjoy it.

Maybe if you read what you had put you'd realise that either: -
a) you're a wind up merchant or
b) you're a first class kn0b

I'll leave it to you..... thanks for your thoughts  B)
