Listening to the commentary defence at sea but at least we sound much better going forwards

Defence not effective, a non existent attacking threat. Deja vu anybody?

Disappointing first half. A hangover of the defensive frailties of last season and not creative enough in midfield and from the front men.
Need to improve significantly all over the pitch if we are to get anything out of this.

A very poor last 25 mins after going behind. Probably understandably after last season.

Looks similar to last season where we look like we are going to concede every time they go forward. Could easily be 3 behind.

We are so narrow and Andrews just isn’t doing enough up there. Very easy for them so far GM needs to get us playing we can’t be starting this season poorly if he wants his job.

The 2 centre half’s for us are a joke they can’t be our 1st choice pairing by a long way

Like last season, this team doesn't have creativity.

We started ok with a few good moves. We've fell in to their trap making it scrappy.  Need to wise up fast. A few poor performances too (oluwu, Biggins, Andrews spring to mind).

Absolutely shocking first half , need miller up the middle been a pest as it’s to easy for there defence to hit diagonals and there attackers win the flickons and there in

Like last season, this team doesn't have creativity.

Molyneux, Taylor and Close would be giving us this. All out injured.

Only positives were Hurst and Maxwell. The former in particular looks a great prospect.

I just don’t get playing a diamond in midfield the lack of width plays straight into their hands. Hurst has been our best player abd he’d get more time out wide

GM making strange decisions again

It’s the usual tactical paralysis. Over analyzed before the game, come in half time behind, change tactics that haven’t worked, play better second half hopefully. Exactly the same as last season. Over analysis causes paralysis.

This season will show that giving Coops the HoF job wasn't the right choice.

Business as usual I’m afraid. Mitchell MotM so far for a couple of cracking saves.

Defence are all over the place under pressure and we don’t seem to know what to do in front of goal either.

Hoping we’ll come out more settled and composed for the second half.

problem is they will probably stay injured and can't count on close or taylor this season

Was basing that on first quarter of an hour. It seems to have changed since then.

With the comments made by people attending the game it seems like more last year with the hope injured will return.let’s hope for a better second half.

Our best performances on preseason is 4231 now we can’t play that due injuries that is wrong. We don’t have good enough cover to right of the 3 behind striker. Even when Tomlin is back we still don’t have a good enough player to play right. Although Hurst or Rowe could
