My only complaint is the short time frame for early bird buys, in past seasons we have had until the end of May which if still kept would have led to less complaints.
I just don't think its fair we only get 1 month to save up for the \"early bird\" price?I get paid on the 15th, so I have only 1 pay cheque to pay for the new ticket? Otherwise I have to suffer £120 price increase on last year's Cat C ticket price? And before the bright sparks say it, its not always easy for some folk to get an interest free credit card, or dip into savings they don't have.I think the first thing the SMC/Rovers can do is extend the early bird offer, give at least a couple of pay days notice for us to get the cheaper ticket
Week on week the crowds are about the same apart from big games, their are not many turn up on the day fans so we need to increase season ticket holders. The plan could be to reduce cat b to cat c as how do you get new season ticket holders when all the cheaper tickets have gone and interest free for season tickets.
I'm kind of with Norfolk, for CATB (most of the stadium to be fair), there's a £30 increase. Let's not forget season tickets did increase last season, by the amount the VAT went down. Now the VAT is added back on and another increase (inflation is what 3.5% at the moment and will boom).Crowds are down around 1500 with no increase in price, that has to be recouped somehow, not to mention we can't fund the club through player sales this time. The club has to raise more money, I'm happy to pay an extra 30 quid (in my case it's actually an extra £130) but I budgeted for that and saved. I wasn't quite expecting it this early though and that's my main gripe, I'm still quite a bit short as I was expecting another 3 months before it needed paying. That early bird farce needs sorting.Furthermore, Bradford at 150-250 a ticket expect to see a decrease of 2000 tickets this time round and Northampton charged £380 for league 2 football ths season. At Rotherham it was £342 for an adult. Are we really that poor value? I don't think we are.
I won't be renewing either mine or my lads (he's 19) season tickets.

So its fair for current Cat C season ticket holders to pay over a 50% increase on their season ticket if they cant get the money together in the next 30 days?I run a business and if I treated existing customers this way I would soon find myself at the job centre.People will vote with their feet. As has been done this season. Our crowds will be around what Scunthorpe and Blackpoll average for next season, which will have a continuous knock on effect for the year after.
Basically its the Cat C tickets and U11, 12-16 tickets that are increasing. All in all a mixed bag, with some discounts and some increases.

Sheffield Wednesday first early bird deadline is 8th March! Mind you their season tickets went on sale in November.
I tell thee this mi owd muckers. I can easily afford the cost of season ticket.Am i about to shell out the extra................am i fook. Why not........simple.......the product simply is not worth it.90 odd mins of 22 + men kicking a ball around, jeez i can watch that anywhere, doesnt have to be DRFC.People on here ( majority it seems )dont have the money i have, they will vote with their feet. No good blaming anyone but DRFC directors, they meet, discuss agenda, pass resolutions.Bad decision. The day it costs more to watch 90 mins of football than to get pissed is the day i say enough is enough. That day has arrived.
As a season ticket holder for the last 25+ years it won't be an easy decision but to be given one month's notice by my Football Club to save up the money for a season ticket (with no notice or even a hint that this was about to happen) or else be 'fined' an extra £80 on top of the £40 increase.
Its at times like this when I think:Thank god i'm an exile
