Yeah, cos who are you going to believe? Professional biomedical researchers who spend their lives studying these things? Or Duggie Ferguson off Corra?

That was a rhetorical question by the way. In your case, I know the answer.
Yep,  you can believe the people paid or beholdant to drug companies. The same people who give "evidence" for a very wide range of drug therapies,  many of which are never researched long term, or assessed fully outside the limited parameters that are set by the researchers and by the pharma industry in general.

I'm not saying fi dings in research should be ignored, far from it, but ignored aspects need to be fully understood. As do the usual general limited parameters used, and even the paradigms used.

''West Nile virus in Greece also threatens Türkiye''

''As the West Nile virus claims lives in neighboring Greece, Türkiye is on alert over infection risk from mosquitoes. “There is no obstacle for a mosquito arriving from abroad to thrive here,” Associate Professor Erdal Polat from Istanbul University says.

Almost 190 people across the EU have been confirmed to have contracted the West Nile virus this year''

Young lad of 18, one of the pallbearers at the Queen's funeral has been found dead of 'unexplained cicumstances' in barracks. Mmmm. I wonder what the cause of death was?

150 a people a week dying of NHS errors.

600 a month.

Imagine if this was 'due to Covid'. The Beeb would be all over it.

2 million people suffering from long covid in latest figures, primarily in the 35 - 69 age group - up 200000 since May.

Thos people then are primarily of working age thus leading to less productivity and lower service in the workplace.

The future Mrs Wilt Rover caught it again this weekend, which means it will be sweeping round her nursery in Bristol. Maybe BRR can go round and tell her its all fake news & she has nothing to worry about - I'm sure she will be delighted to give him her opinion on that. You seeing this rise in your area Ldr?

I'm a fascist apparently.

During Covid, i wanted the individual to choose freely how they respond to the virus as they saw fit, whilst most on here wanted to lock people down without their consent and loved the Chinese style lockdowns.

During Covid, i advocated for people to be free to choose whether or not they should take a vaccine when most on here would have forced everyone to if they could.

Yet i'm pilloried for being authoritarian or right wing!

Those of you who can't see the obvious mistake you've made here is a lost cause. You are all far right whilst trying to convince others that you are on the left.

I'm neither left or right. Just a man who has no right to dictate to others about how to live their lives or about their bodily autonomy.

How about Essex mental health services who were under investigation in March for 1500 deaths of mental health patients - in their Trust alone!

Ave 1.5 deaths per week, still too many but the investigation is ongoing.

Vaccinating kids against Covid is child abuse IMO. But i guess oldies who care more about their own health than the health of little kiddies with their whole lives in front of them don't care about that. Although they'll say they do because again, they have this lefty ideology that allows their own selfishness to be  hidden behind a slew of fakery claiming to care about others.

Had a Pfizer booster yesterday. Today I'm totally out of it. Shivering, nauseous, sore neck, very sore arm and armpit, killing headache.
Mrs Mug has the same symptoms but not as rough as me.
Anyone else had a dodgy reaction?

There's plenty of people who've had critically harmful effects from the covid jabs. Bringing up irrelevant nonsense like this which detracts from serious debate does no one any favours.

I've never been one for vaccines, as I've always thought they could weaken the immune system. However, I had the 3 Covid jabs last year as I felt a bit of a pariah if I didn't have them.

Then last Christmas I had a lousy flu virus; I couldn't eat for 3 days. I didn't want any more of that this year, so I got my flu jab today; the first time I've ever had one.

I'll book in for my Covid booster next week.

It’s thought provoking ss. I’ve had my three covid jabs. Never had a flu jab though. And I reckon this is only my second ever bout of flu in 53 yrs.

Same here. Other than mandatory travel jabs I never had any vaccines even though I was on the flu priority list. Now after two trips to hospital I am having anything going - I don't want that again.

One side effect that I had from the covid vaccine was that it cured my asthma for around six months. Neither I nor the doc have any idea how or why?
